“Get organised and team up with a few other motivated young people because you can never do it on your own. You’re always going to become overwhelmed. So if you have a really good idea, sit around with a bunch of friends -or make some new friends- and delegate. Make sure you’re very, very organised from the beginning. Make a wishlist early: the top ten things you need in order to achieve your goal. Take it piece-by-piece and I guarantee you will slowly, but surely, get there.”
